Stupid

Still seems to be a log in issue with passwords between the desktop and mobile app. Desktop requires special symbol but mobile app does not so I cannot access the mobile app. I have called customer support, reset everything with them and it works once but then cannot access it again. So frustrating.

Dislike

I hate this app. The old mobile banking app was way better than this. I cant set up new bills to pay, I cant set up new accounts to transfer. It takes forever for a credit purchase to show. I dislike it. Im actually considering switching banks because I hate it so much and I do all my banking with my phone since Im on the go.

Great App!

Love the new app. What a difference from the old app. I do like the "instant transfers" and the notifications now. I do wish that mobile deposit would be better & show us a cut off time. But great app. Add "pending" transactions! *thanks for adding the available and current balance*

Lacks essentials needed to properly budget.

Terrible app for being consistent about money management, due to its failure to post and update in a timely manner. I find it will have a posting one day then its no longer there the following day.

Password field too short -- can not sign in

After going through Washington Federals sign up process for their new online banking, my new password (up to 32 characters) can not be entered in the app because the password field is limited to 15!

Website and app development team should have talked

This app shouldnt have been uploaded until they made sure it worked. The website requires you to have a password with special characters and the app doesnt allow special characters. Changed my password to use the app and Im now locked out of both. Should have made sure that the app supported their new password requirements.

Awful!

Whats the point of an update if its worse than before?! The keyboard wont allow me to enter in special characters now my password wont work

Needs Touch ID log in!!

App is better than the old one but it would be much better if it had Touch ID log in, Apple Pay support for debit cards, needs to show your available balance not just current, still doesnt show pending debit card transactions...also kind of annoying that you have to type in a security question every time you log in

Could be better...

It would be much more useful if it showed pending transactions and the available balance rather than the current balance. The other thing Ive noticed is that I cant get it on my iPad mini. It didnt automatically load after putting it on my phone and it isnt showing up in the App Store on my iPad.

Honest Feedback

The previous app worked and looked better. It also was easy to navigate. I miss having the external transfer option. Why the massive downgrade? Sorry to be a bummer.

This app is crap.

Not Ready For Prime Time

This app is not ready for use. There are issues with security questions. It keeps telling me my answers are incorrect, even after I just updated them on the website. Well, if it doesnt recognize your answers, you cant log in so of what use is this app??? Besides that, there is no apple pay, you cant see pending transactions or even available balance, so the balance youre seeing is incorrect! Come on people this is a tech aware public youre dealing with. Get with it!

Terrible

I cant access my account even after updating on their website. Last straw with this awful bank, time to switch to a new one

New version wont let me put in my full password

My password is "too long" for the app password bar... So I cant check my bank account using this app... Pretty ridiculous.

Needs iPad Awareness

Generally, looks good and is functional. Seems caught up in WaFed’s whole kerfluffle of the on-line/mobile “upgrade.” SHORTCOMING : Does not recognize/utilize landscape mode on the iPad. No longer does transfers to outside accounts :-( . Time to work on Version 2.0.1

Poor downgrade

This is a complete downgrade from the old app. Very disappointed.

Cant even log in...

Terrible waste of time and money to make an entirely new app that doesnt even work properly when the old one worked fine.

It takes effort to be this terrible

Buggy in the worst ways - like not being able to log in because the password apps password input parameters dont match website. UI is awful, horrendous, terrible. All of WaFeds technology is garbage. I hate to have to switch to a mega bank, but WaFed doesnt even show any effort. Who is in charge? Do they use their products? Apparently not.

Worst "update" ever

This app is horrible. After I went through the stupid thing they made me do online so I could sign into online banking (which Ive been using for quite awhile on the old app), I finally get to sign in and it freezes. If Washington federal doesnt fix this I am just going to get a new bank.
