The change over to the new sites is a truly horrible experience. They dont tell you that you are going to have to answer your recovery questions every time in the mobile app. Once you are there the capabilities seem the same.

This app does not work at all. Please fix - cant even log in - says Im using invalid characters in my password.

The older version was much better. This version wont even allow you to do external transfers. They need to trash this app.

Biggest mistake ever! Nothing works, pretty much useless and inconvenient like the bank itself.

Unfortunately this app is so advanced with its heightened security that you cant even manage your own account. Very disappointing not being able to deposit a check via this app. This app has more kinks to work out before its ready for this day and age.

Make sure there is good contrast between the check color and background when depositing. I had a light colored check on a sheet of white paper and tried multiple times. When I set it on my black countertop it worked the first time. Apparently the software can not discern the check from the background adequately otherwise.

I would like to see the balance with each transaction listed as it was before. I havent used the app a whole lot so I can not really write a review for anything else. I am not sure why I had to answer a security question after logging in. I would also like to see the check that was written. I believe you can from a desktop computer.

Normally give good reviews. Have had to call several times to get access to the app. It keeps blocking me out for no reason. The automated phone system is very unforgiving, too. If you dont know one piece of info it asks it eventually hangs up on you.

This app is even worse than the online banking from their actual website. Neither of which show your "available" account balance anymore, only a guesstimated one that is 2-3 days old. The one reason I downloaded this app was for the mobile deposit to save a trip down to my local branch when depositing checks. Guess what feature never works? Yep the mobile deposit. Useless app. Like another reviewer said it takes effort to be this bad. Im seriously considering switching banks anyway when every time I come in Im greeted with "whats your account number?"

I cant even get logged in. This is really pathetic.

Aside from the issues stated by everyone else in these reviews, activating the app should NOT require entering ones full SSN. I have other more proper banks and they would never require someone to enter their full SSN on a mobile app.

I find the app easy and intuitive to use. I dont have any problems logging in and I love the instant balance! Mobile deposit is working great too.

I have reinstalled it and it has not worked for me for about a year.

I downloaded an update, and now the app has bugs it never had before. I cant even log in to my account.

I just downloaded the app. Everything works as I expected. Logging in was straight forward and simple. So far enjoying using the app, saves me from going to the computer to check my account. Thanks Washington Federal.

I paid several bills only to find that the mobile app "available balance" was wrong by over $1000. Unfortunately I discovered this only AFTER the fact. I now have this app open and a desktop window open, both reflecting information from the same accounts (checking and savings). The "available balances" (not current balance) are different between the devices. WaFed then wants to charge for each overdraft. So use this app with extreme caution.

Love the new app. What a difference from the old app. I do like the "instant transfers" and the notifications now. I do wish that mobile deposit would be better & show us a cut off time. But great app. Add "pending" transactions!
